I cancelled my home phone, internet and TV services on November 26, 2022 due to my condo building going with a bulk package from Bell. I cancelled before the billing date so I am owed $56.81. I was told a cheque for this amount would be mailed to me within 6 weeks. It’s now almost 11 weeks and no cheque has arrived. I continue to get a Rogers bill every month showing a credit. Is waiting on the phone for hours to talk to someone at customer service the only option I have to get my refund?!
