Need a manager to finally call me

I need a manger as promised to finally call me. xxxxxxxxxx (phone number removed by mod - keep personal info private). I have been told 4 times manager woukd call me. Still a manger has not called back.

Thanks for your post. I see that you've been patiently waiting for a call back from a Manager. Have you heard from anyone as yet? I believe it can take up to 72 business hours to hear back.  If it has been longer than this, I would recommend calling back in to inquire as to the reason for the hold-up. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the Management team here in the Community Forums. 😞
