Recently switched my internet over to Rogers because I was getting an interruption in my previous service once and awhile.

I've been around

Previous service I thought was inconvenient to be interrupted once a month. I was with them 10 years. Was going to upgrade to high speed and didn't like their offer. So young rep came to my door and usually I turn them all away. But this day I agreed to go with Rogers high speed. I now pay more money interrupted twice a week and is no faster. Completely misrepresented. Thankfully I didn't get my phones or plans with Rogers. Currently considering canceling and paying a penalty as will be cheaper in long run

We understand the inconvenience and disappointment caused by frequent interruptions and slow speeds.

 

We'll be more than happy to troubleshoot the disconnections; please post the details on our Internet Board:

  • Are the disconnections happening on WiFi devices?
  • Do you have any wired devices?
  • Where is the modem physically located? Like in the living room, etc.
  • What's your Internet package speed?
