Previous service I thought was inconvenient to be interrupted once a month. I was with them 10 years. Was going to upgrade to high speed and didn't like their offer. So young rep came to my door and usually I turn them all away. But this day I agreed to go with Rogers high speed. I now pay more money interrupted twice a week and is no faster. Completely misrepresented. Thankfully I didn't get my phones or plans with Rogers. Currently considering canceling and paying a penalty as will be cheaper in long run
