I Bought Iphone with a protection plan from rogers. Then my phone was lost and i contaced rogers.
Then they asked me to contact the Likewize( which was not disclosed to me earlier that my protection plan is from likewize and terms and conditions with the welcoming email for protection plan was sent to me after I lost my phone not before when I bought it)
So then I contacted Likewize and first they told me I doneven have the protection plan. Then after that i called again and automated computer sent me an email to put the device in the lost mode on find my by logging online and send them a screenshot. After doing everything as asked, i got a NoReply Email from likewize staring that Find my was not on on my phone so they are rejecting it.
But this is all so messed up that find my was on thats why I was able to activate lost device on my phone. And Rogers never disclosed me And terms and conditions for Protection plan or who was responsible for it.
And now rogers os not taking any responsibility and their customer care agents are so rude and unethical. This is very bad service from rogers. Likewize and rogers are just plaing blamegame.

It's disappointing to learn that you've lost your phone. When you sign up for the Rogers Device Protection, you are emailed all the relevant information including any applicable terms and conditions.
You can contact Likewize and request to escalate to their Tier2 team. I hope they are able to address your concerns in the an effective manner.
