How do I have myself added to someone’s account who I have POA for?

I have about 5 times, emailed in twice and called a bunch still have got no luck.

Thanks, this is the email I have been using with no luck so I submitted the form, hopefully I get some luck!! Just FYI that phone number does not work.

Hi @Brianmf05, once we receive all the required documentation, the name will be added or removed within 3 business days. This is, if all the documentation is complete and correct.

As for the phone number, it's a fax line. Were you not able to send a fax on the number?
