Phone return and upgrade

Hello. My save and return contract expired last month and I wanted to return my current phone for a newer one. I was wondering how long after my contract expires can I return and upgrade my phone. Like what’s the window to return my phone after the contract expires and upgrade it?

60 days from the day it needs to be returned as long as you are upgrading to a new phone, If I were you I would do it asap
