Payment Date

plskalle
I've been here awhile

Hello..

Why do you keep changing the date payment is due every month? If the difference is only day or two I  wouldn't complain as much, but its been swinging to almost 2wks difference (example on month its due on 26th and the next month its due on  the 5th), and this is ridicules.

Pick a date. I recommend 2nd day  of the month, its easy to remember and many persons receive income at the end of the month, thereby having sufficient time to pay your bill without affecting their credit history.

The way I see it the only reason to carry on with current way of operating is to snicker unsuspecting persons with late fees. This type of Nickle and diming is really sad.

@plskalle : You may wish to familiarize yourself with previous discussions on this topic - sample thread below:

Notice was provided in my March Bill/Statement, so you may wish to check your bill/statements around that time.  It should only affect you once.  By that I mean if your date is now the 5th, it should continue to be the 5th.

Everyone has a (different) favourite day when they would like to make their payments.  If you wish the date changed, you may contact Rogers and have it changed, however, the bill will be pro-rated to the requested date.
