Paying for 50Mbps upstream but still getting 30Mbps

My account info shows I'm paying for 1Gbps download and 50Mbps upload but I'm still getting the 30Mbps upload speed.  Briefly last summer Rogers upgraded my upstream to 50Mbps and then downgraded it back to the 30.  At that time Rogers was still advertising only 30Mbps upload but now it's advertised as 50Mbps and that's also what's on my account info.  Tech support was useless.  This is an account configuration issue on Rogers end, they have not provisioned my account for the 50Mbps upload I'm paying for.

Issue was resolved by sending a new signal to the modem.
