22 years with Rogers and it seems every time they renew my bundle and give me a deal to pay less they charge me more!!!!.
HOURS UPON HOURS SPENR ON THE PHONE OR CHAT TO CORRECT THEIR DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

I can imagine how frustrating billing issues can be. Often times a bundle renewal or package change is done in the middle of the billing cycle which could result in the new invoice being higher than the quoted price. I appreciate your feedback, I hope my colleagues over the phone were able to address your concerns.
