I have been trying to talk to a specialist on Live Chat, but there seems to be nobody there. Anyone with similar experience? Thanks

Live Chat is available 24/7 for technical support and Mon-Sat: 7am to 10pm, Sun: 9am to 8pm for account and billing related support.

I had the same issue and then they say things that lead me to believe they can not see my messages, and then they disconnect. In the chat log emailed to me, my own messages are not showing up. So... maybe there is a bug with the live chat in certain conditions that leads specialist to not receive our messages after we've queued to speak to them.
