I received an email from Rogers regarding recent changes to my account. The email says there are documents attached but they’re aren’t any documents attached. Can I email someone at Rogers to ask for these documents. I’ve gone thru the Anna route and customer service but I don’t wish to spend another 2 1/2 hours on the phone. What email address can I use ?

Hello, @Cm34.
Thank you for your post, and welcome to our Community!
Typically, with account changes, you should receive the attached documents for the Service Agreement, Terms of Service and Critical Information Summary; not receiving the documents can be worrisome. Sometimes, the security program running on your device may scan and remove the documents.
Please send us a private message at @CommunityHelps so we can resend that notification email to you. We detailed more info about our private messaging in this blog.
