Need reimburse my money

I've been around

This is my Reference #  i214xxxxxx regarding my reimburse  money ,keep contniue calling 3 week Rogers customer service is saying will be deposit next day , it wad on Decmeber 17 2023.

Calling gain last two days 1 hour wait time no response , look like they put me on hold now with mt phone number 647xxxxxxx.

4 th January time is now 9:05 continue on hold from 8 clock , no respone.

 can i get back my money back or not please advise.
