No callback from the Winback team.

I've been around

i received a call and email regards to a new contract to comeback to rogers, i advised them to call me back but they haven't, i have called rogers support and they have requested twice for the winback team to call me but still no call. is there a number i can call as deal is pretty good, i also received an email from rogers about the deal and only contact is regular support who cant offer me what i have in an email

any help is appreciated.

@johnny005 Special offers come and go, and the really good deals are usually not available for long.  You can try sending a private message to @CommunityHelps to see what deals are available to you.  Not all agents have access to the same deals but somebody in Rogers should at least be able to confirm whether a deal is still active, especially if it was one of Rogers' outgoing campaigns.

 

In future, if anybody claiming to be from Rogers contacts you, hear them out.  DO NOT share any personal information with them... but if they are legit and really are from Rogers or contacting you on behalf of Rogers, they will have access to your account, and should be able to document the offer on your account along with information on how to accept the deal.  You can then contract Rogers and get them to confirm whether or not the offer is legit.
