Hi, I am currently residing outside of Canada. I was Initially a student in Canada. However due to some unforeseen circumstances I was unable to continue my studies in Canada. I had suspended my phone services and was sure to pay it off once I came back to Canada. However, now I am currently unable to pay it off and have received a final notice of being assigned to a collection agency. Can someone please help me out as I am unable to contact customer service via email and cannot make international calls.

Hello @Abdullah_Sheikh ,
Thank you for joining us here in our community forums and for posting your billing concerns. 🙂
I understand that things can happen, and I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to remain in Canada to continue your studies, at this time. Hopefully, things will change in the future.
As for the outstanding balance, have you tried getting in touch with our Credit Operations team to see if any special payment arrangements can be made? If you cannot reach them by telephone, we also have a Live Chat option available online. Please review our Contact us page found on Rogers.com, and refer to the 'Chat with us' section to get started.
I hope this helps!
