I am thoroughly frustrated with Rogers. My insurance claim was rejected with no substantive reason provided. The matter was escalated to John, an advisor at the office of the President. It’s been over a week and I have received no response or calls from the office of the president after leaving several voice mails and calls.
I will not relent until I am treated fairly. Rogers believes it has monopoly and continues to take its customers for granted.

Hi - I still haven’t heard from the designated advisor and it’s been over 12 days. His name is “John, Advisor, Office of the President
I have left several voice mails and sent emails but he has not acknowledged my emails or returned any of my calls.
