I requested an equipment upgrade to an iPhone 14 pro max on August 4,2023. 8 days later,the order was cancelled by Rogers on the grounds that I didn’t not pickup within that timeframe.(no prior notifications as to when the order was ready). I placed the order again on August 12,got the confirmation email,and nothing since. Being a Rogers customer for the past twenty years, I do find this extremely disappointing. My next call will be to customer service,to cancel my intended upgrade,and my line.

Great choice on the new phone, I understand it's disappointing that the order was cancelled and you didn't receive any emails about pick up info.

hi…..as stated in my original posting, I did place the order again on August 12,2023. Similar story once again, got the order confirmation,and no notification since then. A call to customer service,redirected to the sales department. After a lengthy conversation,with a lot of wait time included,the sales agent promised that the order will be fulfilled,and that they would provide a tracking number when ready…….still waiting. Examining my options at this point.

any help in expediting the sending of the device to me,as originally ordered,would be a big help.2-5 business days x3 is a little longer than reasonable. It’s already close to 3 weeks from the original order date,would a little good faith on Rogers part be too much to ask?
