I've been around

Mobile Device order keeps getting cancelled.

I have been trying to get answers, i keep getting the run around, passed on to someone else, and go to the bottom of the list everytime.

 

I am on the phone for hours on end and no one answers the phone.

 

when i go to the chat, i am advised there is nothing they can do i have to call.

 

What do I do?

 

I have been with Rogers since 1985 (different accounts), looks like Rogers wants me to move on.
