Missing $100 Credit from Migration

I migrated from Fido to Rogers in march 2024 and over the phone the sales agent was just phenomenal and offered me the best deal ever ... or I thought so .

One of the benefits offered was a $100 credit due to Fido to Rogers migration . 

I was supposed to wait 2-3 months to get that credit.

I had called the support to follow up and it was on track, they said I just needed to wait a bit longer.

I have now waited the 3 months period and decided to follow up again . But now the speech from support is completely different , they say there is no such offer and I was given an expired offer . Therefore they cannot apply it and that's it .

Which is not true, my friend who did the exact same thing, received her credit the first month after the migration.

It's crazy that sales and support have 2 complete opposite speech.

Sales sell promises that cannot be applied, and the poor folks on support cannot untangled the mess now .

 

How do I get my $100 credit now ?

By any chance, do you know if the sales agent documented the offer details on your account at the time of the sale? Did you receive the details of the offer by email/mail and did you review it to ensure that what was offered was outlined there?
