I’m being billed 31.50 for MMS messages (US Picture &Video) but I can’t see what I’m being billed for on my invoice. How can I see this information so I can reconcile it? The boards say to contact you directly

MMS are picture and video messages, you are probably billed because you sent these messages to a US or International number. May I know what kind of information are you looking for? Are you looking for the recipient info?

This has to be some kind of new scam. I've got billed twice, 2nd time after reporting the issue.. more than CAD 400

I can understand that seeing unexpected charges on your bill can be frustrating.
When you reported the issue, was the agent able to provide you with the telephone number(s) the MMS were sent to?
