I have a plan that id like to reduce the price for, i have multiple offers from other providers, but id like to keep my loyality to Rogers, i went to the store and the rep said "its ok i can go ahead and cancel"
It makes me feel very unappreciated, and the "we also own the other provider" comment from the rep is really making me realize why am i even thinking to be loyal !
