I hope you're staying safe and sound. 😊 We were temporarily waiving long-distance and SMS charges to Ukraine and roaming charges for any Rogers customers that were currently in the country, until end of day February 23, 2023. Are you inquiring for a landline or a wireless line? We do offer Long Distance Add-ons that offer you a much lower preferred rate to make calls to Ukraine via this link here.
