I've been around

The worst company ever, where customer service is the biggest scam in my life. I’ve been trying to get a return label for the modem since December 16, 2024! Do you think I don’t have my own life and responsibilities? I’ve spent way too much time on this. I call every morning, and every time I wait for 30 minutes only to be transferred to another department or have my call disconnected — this has happened three times!

One of your representatives even claimed they didn’t transfer me. Just send me the return label, please, so I can resolve this issue and never deal with Rogers again. Stop wasting my time and check the performance of your employees — what a group of unprofessional people.

I'm surprised to hear that it has taken this long for you to obtain a return label to send back your modem. That is very disappointing indeed. 

 

By any chance, has this issue been resolved since your post? If not, have you tried checking in your junk mail/spam folder to ensure it didn't get placed there by mistake? Its been 1 week since I cancelled my rogers internet and waiting for the return label to send the equipment. I have reached out to 3 different representatives so far and each of them said I would receive one after 48 hours and never got any yet. I checked spam and junk and everywhere. At this point I am thinking about even switching my wireless to Bell as well because of this terrible customer service.
