Is this Rogers Winback department legit?

Looking to confirm if this Rogers Winback department and resource that's reaching out to me is legitimate.

Yes that's a legit one. I've been talking with them as well.

Was also able to verify this number with a Rogers sales department as the legitimate win back team number.

I have recieved several calls the last two weeks from 1-855-879-6170. My caller ID shows its Rogers but I know this can be spoofed.  I finally had a chance to pick up and spoke with them for half an hour. Didnt give any info other than DOB and billing address. They sent me a code with my interaction ID from 50500. However when I look up this short code, I can't find anything on the web connecting it to Rogers. 

Has anyone recently had the winback team calling from this number? Any help is appreciated.

I did a quick search on the Web for "Short Code 50500" and quickly found the following link, which shows it to be Rogers:
