A Rogers field sales agent came to my home and offered me 1.5G internet for $46.99/month with $50 credit. I was on a Bell internet service and paid $50/month. Thus, I signed the contract and changed to Rogers. However, my first bill showed $69.99. I spoke with several online agents and no one can honor the original offer. Right now I have to pay a higher price for internet service. I feel so disappointed and I need to spend more time to switch to another supplier.
Does anyone have a similar experience?
