After waiting for 35 minutes for a Business Customer Service Agent, the first thing I did was give the Agent my cell phone number and request her to call me back if she drops the call. She took down my number and then said, okay let me place you on a quick hold while I look up your account. The call went blank and she has not called back. What a waste of time Rogers - you need to improve your Customer Service!

I realize the wait times have been quite high recently, and it's definitely disappointing when a rep doesn't call you back. Thank you for your feedback, were you trying to get in touch with Business wireless or Business Internet customer service? I know the latter has a "Get a Call Back option" on the website.
