There was an increase in rates which was included in my November invoice saying that rates will be going up effective January 2023. However, there were no other reminders after that. Is there a reason why this could not be noted again in December & January? My recent bill did not even acknowledge the change. I would recommend that a reminder should be included in each invoice until the actual change happens.
