Inadequate Customer Service Reps

I was incorrectly billed and charged for services that I was told was free, because they are upgrading the modems in the neighbourhood for usage. I received a bill charging me $200+ for something I was told it was supposed to be free. After over an hour of explaining this to a customer service rep, they said they will reverse the charges. They reversed the charges but not the late fees and other charges associated with it. So I had to call again and have this reversed. The customer service rep hung up on me while they were trying to put me on hold so I had to call AGAIN to explain the situation to someone else. They said they will have the charges reversed within 2-3 business days. 3 weeks later the charges are still there. Now I have to call again. The customer service at Rogers is so inadequate and pointless and don’t expect to have your issue resolved with one phone call. You will need to call over 5 times to have this fixed because they can only do one thing and not think ahead and prevent other issues from arising. They are also liars by saying it is a free exchange service when they will bill you. People who don’t look at their bills or have autopay would have just paid the fees, therefore robbing you.

They should be paying me back for the time I wasted and spent trying to have these stupid charges reversed, because someone from Rogers doesn’t know how to credit accounts properly.
