How long does it take to normally get transferred over?
Wait times can vary, and I'm not sure what "normal" is anymore.
Another great technical support resource is the @CommunityHelps team. Simply send them a private message with a description of the problem. This is actually my preferred support channel because I can document the problem along with any troubleshooting that I have already done, attach screen shots, etc., and the @CommunityHelps team can usually take action to resolve the issue immediately.
If you just have technical questions, that may not necessarily require any action on Rogers' part, you can also post a message in the Forum. This is a very active community and folks here are always more than happy to help in any way that they can.
