I've been around

They offered me a good package with Samsung S24 ultra included, but they sent me iPhone 15 pro max, I returned the phone to Rogers, and reported the fraud since February 2, 2024, but until now Rogers has not done anything about it despite I called Rogers to follow up but always been told somebody would call you in 48 hours but it has been four 48 hours, nobody bothered to take a look at the case, I will resort to my lawyer to deal with it since Rogers don't care their customers.

I appreciate the details you've shared. I realize you've already sent the phone back, can you check the status of the return shipment? Does it show as delivered? I sincerely hope you've heard back from our Fraud team since you last posted here. Please let us know if you're still waiting for a callback.
