I have 3 xFinity boxes that i'm no longer using. I called Rogers last week to remove them, was on the phone for a while, finally got someone who transferred me, and then received a message too many calls and they disconnected me! I tried again this morning and can't get through. How can I arrange this? It's costing me $51 per month for something I no longer use.

Contact the @CommunityHelps team by sending them a private message and provide them with the serial numbers of the set-top boxes that you would like removed from your account. They will ask you to send them some personal information, via a secure form, so they can authenticate you as the account holder before they can assist with removing the set-top boxes.

Thanks, I'll try a private message. But what exactly do I put in the TO: box? "@CommunityHelps"?
Just "CommunityHelps" for the user name. (Instructions on how to send a message to @CommunityHelps are in the private message blog post.). You can also click on the @CommunityHelps user name link and then click the black "Send a message" button at the top-right of their account info page.
