Rogers had a promo to subscribe to Disney+. Afterwards, I received a fair number of Disney+ promo emails. I clicked on "unsubscribe", and was taken to a page that indicated "we have received your request to unsubscribe" and "please allow 10 business days...".
Months later I continued to get the unwanted emails. Clicked "unsubscribe" again, and upon seeing the same page, I noticed a "Manage More Email Communications" link. Clicking this shows a list of checkboxes, with Disney+ still enabled. Strange. I unchecked it, and haven't seen an email since.
FYI, clicking "unsubscribe" from Disney+ emails is not sufficient to end Disney+ emails . You have to click the link I mentioned, and specifically uncheck Disney+. A bit deceptive IMO.
