Its been 2 months it happened to me-my account had been hacked and one more phone number.
It's been 2 months and 4-5 phone calls to Roger's fraud office and still waiting for answer. Maybe they don't want to resolve this issue or they can't or they don't want me to switch to other companies because my contract with Roger's is soon to expire

This is odd, unless there's a delay, once a fraud case is created, a member of the team usually reaches out to the customer in 7 business days. Do you know if a case was created for your account? Or you've just directly been calling the fraud team's contact number? If there is a case on the account we'll be happy to look into the delay for you.
