How long it takes to resolve fraud case?

I've been here awhile

Its been 2 months it happened to me-my account had been hacked and one more phone number. 


It's been 2 months and 4-5 phone calls to Roger's fraud office and still waiting for answer. Maybe they don't want to resolve this issue or they can't or they don't want me to switch to other companies because my contract with Roger's is soon to expire

This is odd, unless there's a delay, once a fraud case is created, a member of the team usually reaches out to the customer in 7 business days. Do you know if a case was created for your account? Or you've just directly been calling the fraud team's contact number? If there is a case on the account we'll be happy to look into the delay for you.

Me again and as smsed to you I just finished almost 40 minutes talk to Roger's customer service and been told new story regarding my fraud case. Apparently last person I talked on 02.02 put wrong case number and that's reason my case has not been resolved yet. Been told in 5 business days it will be finally done,4th phone line will be removed. So for now sit tight and wait. Let you know. Thanks and have a nice weekend
