You can get another Ignite Entertainment set-top box added to your account by contacting Rogers, either by phone/chat or by sending a Private Message to @CommunityHelps , and they will ship the new box to you. It may also be possible to do this at select Rogers stores (some stores can provide Ignite TV/Internet hardware to new self-install customers) but you will need to call nearby stores to see if they offer such a service.
