How do I get back in touch with Live Agent

scottzbeer
I've been here awhile

I had a fantastic conversation with a Lady after many failed attempts with Rogers.  At the end of our conversation she gave me her Rogers ID and told me to ask for her when I called back in.  I tried several times this morning to do that and the Rogers representatives refuse to transfer me.  Anyone know how to get back in touch with her?

If you had a great experience with a particular customer service agent, you can send a compliment to Rogers using the following link: https://www.rogers.com/contact/send-compliment

As for being able to get transferred to a particular agent for service, that can be tricky sometimes, especially when calling the 888-ROGERS1 number, because the agent that you reach gets measured depending on whether or not they are able resolve your call, or they lose an opportunity to make a sale.  Transferring a call affects their metrics and bumps them to the bottom of the call rotation.  Years ago, when dealing with sales, I was asked to use a different toll-free phone number when calling back a specific agent.

If you send a private message to @CommunityHelps , they may be able to assist you with getting back in touch with that agent or they may also be able to assist you with whatever other issue you currently need assistance with.
