Ghost customer service

I've been around

I have been trying 3 days to contact customer service in order to order a new home service.  The customer service in non existent.   There is no answer you just sit and wait hours on end for somebody to pick the phone and help. 

How is rogers getting any more business in when nobody is there to assist.  The virtual Anna is having a nervous breakdown as she is as clueless to any information required from her or him  or it and whatever pronouns being used today.  I have had rogers service since 1975 where you actually could talk to somebody live  can you imagine that in todays age how life would be so easier. If live humans from Rogers reads this perhaps we will get a call from them in order to fulfill our request.  And I promise I will not put you on hold for an hour or so .
