I have had a family plan of 4 lines since 2012. Today I called to have them divided into their own accounts. Rogers wants to charge $50 for admin fees? I explain they’re not new accounts and they should be happy to keep them as customers, not charge them to have their own. She said it’s not a charge they can reverse so I said then give them a loyalty credit. Discretion- they’re now young adults and want them to be responsible for their own lines. I think it’s unfair considering the prices we pay for their services. Rogers customer service has really diminished and I plan to go to the president office.

Good evening and welcome to the Community @Dynamicwomen200,
I think it's a great idea to have each user be financial responsible for their own line. The transfer process does have an administrative fee for the new customer, the fee is a mandatory one. We appreciate your feedback and long time association with Rogers. We'll be happy to forward your recent experience to the team in charge.
