June 27 I received a text (not from a phone number) stating I could get an extra 30gb for 24 months for free, it sent a link to login, however I never trust links so I went online on the computer and signed in, saw the promotion for an extra 30 gigs and added it, my monthly data was set to reset on July 8th and I would see it added then, however it did not add, so I contacted rogers and they said they couldn’t find the promotion, or text, I still have it, I offered to send the screenshot but they have no way of receiving it. He created a ticket to see if we can get it resolved but I don’t have much good experiences when that happens so I’m posting here in hopes it can get resolved

You can share the screenshot here, just make sure you block out any identifying or personal info from the image. If an offer is only available via self-serve, creating a ticket may be the only way to add it to the account.
