Good day,
I recently left Rogers for Public Mobile as their plans met my needs at a lower price point.
On 25 Nov, I got an email from Rogers at 08:05 PST with the subject Andy, interested in an exclusive offer.
The email further stated:
Andy, we’ll be calling you with an exclusive offer. It’s just our way of saying we’d love to have you back at Rogers. One of our agents will reach out from Rogers/Fido to share details about your exclusive offer.
It has been several days and I still have not received any call from the outbound team or ambassador team. I am willing to return with the right plan and I hope to hear from the team soon.

If this is a legit offer from Rogers, it should have been documented in your account. You can contact the @CommunityHelps team by sending them a private message and they should be able to tell you whether any promotional offers have been added to your file.
