We canceled our Shaw/Rogers Internet and we were told the equipment can not be returned to the Rogers store. Just put everything in a box and mail it. Did that. Rogers received it. Then Rogers made us a deal to come back and we did. Got all new equipment. Now months later we get a letter from a collections agency for equipment that wasn’t returned!!! No calls, no emails, nothing from Rogers. Don’t even know what equipment they claim we didn’t return.
Credit rating has already dropped.
Very upset that Rogers treats us this way when we are still customers.

Similar issues... Cancelled account.. Returned equipment... Bills on monthly basis saying equipment not returned... Monthly conversation about the errors... Promises that it will be corrected next month... Threats to go to Collections..
