I have a question about equipment returns.
I had to return my wifi router and tv box but I couldn’t find my tv box so I returned the router via Canada post using the QR Code that was sent to my email. I then later found the tv box and want to make a return. When I tried returning it, Canada post said the QR Code was already used. So what can I do?
