Early Cancellation Fee

I've been around

hi, 

 

I am so upset and disappointed with Rogers customer service. 

I have been calling them for 4 months to remove cancellation fee but every month I get a letter to pay this off.

I cancelled internet because it was not working for a few weeks. I called technical support so many times but no luck then I ended up cancelling the internet and got a new connection. 

Rogers is still send me a letter for previous connection to pay for cancellation. 

I am so helpless.

When you activated your internet service, did you receive the terms of service?

 

Was there a contract associated with the service?
