I am trying to access an agent with the Chatbot on the home page. I have no idea if being transferred works, as I have had no progress. Is there a browser where this works? or did it get deactivated?

We know how important it is to be able to easily chat with our support teams. Which browser are you using to try to chat in?
Please try using the Chrome browser and see if you are able to connect. If it does not work on the first attempt, please try using Incognito mode on Chrome.
Let us know if issues are persistent.

Hi I have tried chrome, I get to log in, but my account is blank. Like it says transferring to live agent. I will have to try tonight and call. Also my password for the site keeps being reset during visits. Even though I update the password, next log in it says wrong password. Frustrating.

I've been trying to get a hold of a Live Chat agent for the past week and I'm basically in the same boat as you. Months ago I could get a hold of someone within, at most, 10 min from logging on MyRogers. Now, I can be working or browsing for hours, have the Chat window open, and nothing. Not one single agent seems to be available. It was so convenient for me to address my concerns via Live Chat instead of having to call in and wait on the phone. All my previous offers were given to me via Live Chat, and getting a hold of a manager or someone in Loyalty was so easy this way.

Thanks for keeping us updated! 😊 That is a bit strange. Did you get the chance to try incognito mode as @RogersTony suggested? Were you able to connect with Customer Service with regards to your reason for contacting us?

So I found out why. I was a Roger customer for years before I moved back to Shaw. Now that I'm back I was logging in with my regular account not the new one from Shaw. So once I registered I can now access my account. So progress.
