Data Charges/No Usage Info

I've been around

Looks like I'm moving to Bell. After 2 decades Rogers had a glitch in thier system and somehow lodt our data usage while we were on wifi. Tried to get a solution but was hung up on three times. So, bought more data, 45 bucks to get 5 more gb's... If you want to keep me as a customer you'd better reinburse me that 45 bucks in the next day or two and some more perks or sorry to say. Bell here we come.
