Incorrectly Promised Fibre to the Home by Field Sales Rep

I've been around

I had sales rep showing up on my door and sold the idea of cheaper and better home internet. Told me I was getting fiber with commercial modem that has extended coverage because it’s used for businesses and gave me direct contact number assuring support. Not only I did NOT get the fiber internet as promised, I never got a call back from the local representative. Coverage was bad as well as speed because it was regular cable internet.
Cancelled services and they charging me cancellation fee of 200+ that is just ridiculous.
STAY AWAY FROM ROGERS EVERYONE!!!
