Contact Info for Rogers Management Team

I've been around

I’m trying to reach the management team, They had a direct Number (1-855-847-6955) That was good before COVID, Now the number tells me to call the (1-888 rogers1)number, So when I contact Customer service to ask for the management team number they pretty much told me there is no such thing, and this team never existed, We argued a bit back and forth, Cause I laughed that the rep really thought I was crazy. So his last option was to transfer me to a supervisor, But it was few hour wait, So the call ended.. Now my Question is, Is there still a management team? And How do we get a hold of them?  Is there a number or email to have them contact me…. Thanks.

It is true that in order to reach our Management Team, you would initially need to go through one of our regular customer care channels (phone call/Live Chat online). Once you receive a live agent, you may then request to speak to a manager at which point they will either set-up a callback or try to transfer you over if the wait times aren't too crazy.

 

As far as I'm aware, we do not have a direct line to our Management Team. May I ask, where did you get the above mentioned phone number from? Nothing is coming up at my end when I do a search in our database. It is possible that the number once existed and has since been discontinued, but it's hard to say for sure.  Could it have been a different department that you were speaking to?

I also had that same number to the management team but for some reason that number was giving out rarely I believe for customers that are having the hardest issues to solve. I've had multiple Extreme problems with my account and that is enough stress to make a customers give up on there rogers services. Even before covid-19 I would sometimes get transferred to customer service and they were never aware of the management team even having a direct number to call. Customer Service reps aren't that helpful and take forever to solve your problems. If only calling Rogers Customer Service reps were more like calling Amazon Canada. I cannot wait for my contract to end on December. After experiencing the (2022) nation wide outage. I guarantee I will be leaving and for now on stick to buying a bran new low end device around ($200 - $400) also getting a cheap plan, Im never doing a contract again.

 

Ive even given up on calling customer service you have to be able to have 1-2hours of free time to talk to them. that time lost isn't worth me calling and complaining and if I have luck on my side I will get no more than $5 discount off my next bill.

  

I have felt Rogers focus is all about giving service and quality doesn't matter The last Customer rep with his supervisor has suggested me to change providers seeing its not working out with me as a rogers customer for 5 yrs or more on top of seeing that Rogers no longer has a Management team I feel like I have no choice while feeling like a victim of a scammed  especially If Ive paid about $3,000 annually on my carrier provider that's also including the cost of my S9 when it first came out. In 2022 I upgraded my device to a Google Pixel 5 and had experienced the same issues but so much worse. All I can say is thank God my contract is ending in December of 2022.

Do you actually have  a "live agent" to answer customer's phone call ?

I've been here awhile
I upgraded my phone during my 30 day grace period this was in Sept 2023. To just find out today that my order got cancelled and no one can tell me why. Been on the phone for about 8 hours now. Every “Customer Care Solutions Specialist Representative tell me they are transferring me. Then i get disconnected. Roger’s is a joke.

I need help, how can I escalate an issue I have been complaining for more than 50 days and still have no solution. I have called the support line and they aren't responding

There is definitely a management team but they disconnect their number and make a new one, quite frequently.
