I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from one of your specialists, Joan. While I don't have her last name, she identified herself as a manager.

Joan was incredibly helpful, professional, and considerate. She went above and beyond to assist me, and I was truly impressed by her expertise and kindness.
