I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from one of your specialists, Joan. While I don't have her last name, she identified herself as a manager.

Joan was incredibly helpful, professional, and considerate. She went above and beyond to assist me, and I was truly impressed by her expertise and kindness.

I attempted to provide feedback through a survey link and Google review, but unfortunately, I was unable to do so.

Avnish, along with Perry, solved an internet problem that rendered my new Robova useless. It could no longer connect to the internet. Perry, at phone tech support, diagnosed a faulty old modem, and sent Avnish out the next day. Avnish was wonderful! He immediately installed the new modem, disconnected the old pods, and helped me connect to my Robovac, all the while patiently explaining what he was doing. He was outstanding, as was Perry! Bravo to both! Outstanding customer service!
