What kind of joke is this? If I'm chatting with an agent and consenting to a plan change or something, I better get a transcript of that dialog, otherwise what's mynproif of what I was told/promised? Thsi happened TWICE to me in the last week, so not a coincidence or a glitch.

I tried replicating the issue; I could see the entire chat in the transcript emailed to me. I was using the desktop Chrome browser to Live Chat.
What device are you using to Live Chat? Do you have the dark mode enabled on the device/browser?
You have the option to use our social media platforms, Facebook Messenger, X, Instagram, and Apple Messages, to make a plan change.
