So I have beef. I pay for unlimited data. I check my speed after reaching my data limit (unLIMITed data) download speed of 0.16mbps, download of 16-25mbps. I can’t even load the Roger’s app to complain. After monitoring it for the last few days this is not the exception. This is intentional. I pay for UNLIMITED data. Not unlimited to a point, because that’s LIMITED. Some throttling could be understandable but this is basically shutting off data. Text messages are only completing at 5/10. This is nothing more than a cash grab. (Edited - Keep it legal)

Rogers Infinite plans offer unlimited data. They have a set amount of high-speed data. If you use all of your plan’s data allotment, you can use unlimited data at reduced speed (up to 512kbps).
We can look into the tagged offers on your account to increase the data bucket to suit your needs.
